Samuel brings deep experience in the capital markets and banking sector, advising both Brazilian and international clients across a wide range of industries within structured finance. His practice spans the structuring and offering of securitisation transactions and investment funds through to the formation and capitalisation of funds and other investment vehicles. He is a Master's candidate in Political and Economic Law at Mackenzie (PPGDPE).
